About Us
We're locally owned and run by Valley farmers. Our two companies work side by side to support growers and farm managers across the San Joaquin Valley, and we bring decades of hands-on experience in almonds, grapes, pistachios, and other Valley crops.
E.C. FLC, Inc. provides licensed farm labor contracting for field and packing house work. EMR AG Services, LLC takes care of custom almond harvesting, orchard sanitation, discing, and scraping.
